The Inazami is a Golden Bough armed ship. When the Golden Bough joined the Free Navy this ship joined their fleet.

History[]

After Golden Bough splintered and various forces broke off from the Free Navy, the remaining ships were made to transport cargo from Ceres to Free Navy supply bases hidden across the outer system.

When contacted by Camina Drummer, the Inazami's captain Liang Walker agreed to meet and rendezvoused with the Tynan. Upon meeting Liang hinted at his disatisfaction with the Free Navy and that Marco Inaros hated him. After a tour of the Tynan Camina convinced him to get her in contact with the Golden Bough splinter faction with the aim of raiding the Free Navy supply bases.^[1]

The Inazami would later take part alongside the Tynan in the raid of a Free Navy supply cache, and later in the pivotal combined fleet offensive against the Free Navy. It would later be critically damaged in a battle against the Pella and a few other Free Navy vessels, before being set on a kamikaze run against the Free Navy flagship by Walker, who died halfway on the collision run. However, this kamikaze was interrupted by an intercepting heavy frigate, and its wreckage (front half the ship) would end up impacting the Pella regardless. This caused a damage to the Pella's electrical systems and drives, as well as killing Rosenfield.
