• Scaled & operated Elixir systems at ~25k RPS (peaks 100k+) across tens of services, rebuilt infra with Terraform, and drove ~$2M/yr in savings through right-sizing and smarter infra in year one.
• Ex. Founding engineer @ Firezone (open-source Zero Trust access) - built the control plane & dashboard, 99.99(9)%+ uptime on GCP with IaC.
• Previously led engineering to 3×+ revenue growth to 8 figures in year one by shipping new products fast, paying down tech debt, and hiring top talent.
• Delivered national-scale healthcare systems (NHS of Ukraine, used daily by 30M+ people and virtually all hospitals for reimbursements, medical records, e-prescriptions, and more) and large fintech platforms (P2P lending for one of the largest lenders in Europe, e-wallets).
• Maintainer of Nebo15 org (e.g., sage, logger_json, confex, ecto_mnesia) and active contributor in the Elixir ecosystem.
• Ex-founder. Startups didn’t survive; the skills did, and so did my love of being proactive and wearing many hats.
