Remove existing jedis instrumentation (1.4, 3.0, 4.0) so the agent
generates from scratch without reference. Append collected review rules
(R1-R11) to the add-apm-integrations skill file.

Also includes spotless formatting fixes for unrelated files caught by
pre-commit hook.
