Added a new test project under the "net8.0" target framework, included into a sln;
Set the "Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.SqlServer" package version to "8.0.0-rc.2.23480.1" (currently, the latest available);
Tested on the 8.0.100-rc.2 (dotnet --version "8.0.100-rc.2.23502.2").
