resolves https://github.com/ArcGIS/geosaurus/issues/14206
resolves https://github.com/ArcGIS/geosaurus/issues/14207
- Updated licenses assign() and revoke() methods to include assignment of multiple entitlement and revoke individual entitlements
- Tested the whole guide if all the methods are working
- Formatted the output to remove confidential information like usernames or organisation url
- Updated the technical documentation in the guide
