Strong lensing research with Herculens

Purpose of this workspace

This workspace hosts repositories related to the strong lens modelling package Herculens. It contains:

• The Herculens package: the core modelling engine written in the JAX framework;
• The Helens package: the fast lens equation solver, also compatible with JAX;
• Mass & light profiles to complement those in the main package, such as vectorized multi-Gaussian expansion (MGE);
• Many example notebooks.

You can find in this page a list of published works that used the code as part of their analysis.

Contributing

If you have wrote any code, extensions, notebooks, etc. that you think can be useful to people using Herculens, you are very welcome to share it within this space. You can also have it linked here below if you prefer 👌
