UWIN

UWIN allows UNIX applications to be built and run on several versions of Microsoft Windows, with few, if any, changes necessary.

It contains a POSIX-compliant core DLL and all the POSIX tools provided by the AT&T AST toolkit (also on GitHub, under /att/ast).
