This pull request updates the container image configuration for the EV2 pipeline in the .pipelines/EV2Specs/ServiceGroupRoot/ServiceModel.json file. The change ensures the pipeline uses the latest AzureLinux 3 image. Per Ev2 docs there isn't a way to automatically get latest version tag and version tag is also required field so this will likely need to be updated from time to time.

Container image update:

• Changed the imageName from adm-mariner-20-l to adm-azurelinux-30-l and the imageVersion from v11 to v2 in the pipeline run configuration.
