Xcodes is relying on a fairly old version of the swift-argument-parser, causing package resolution issues in CLI tools integrating Xcodes using new versions.

Nov 26, 2024CI is failing due to an ancient version of Xcode being used - happy to look into testing and bumping Xcode version as part of this if needed.
