Web.Config changes from 2.30.16 to 3.2.10

Update the Web.config

Please follow these important directions:

Remove the node....

Remove the node....

Add the node...

IMPORTANT Membership Migration The Membership settings need to me transferred to The appSettings section in the app.config.

The line ...

will be in the app.config

and

will be in the app.config

After that Remove the entire Membership Node.
