Description of changes:
- Removes validation with busy engineer bucket.
- Validate ESDK Python with Examples rather than ESDK Dafny Test Vectors, which take longer than usual to run and adds unnecessary operational overhead during validation.
Next Steps;
- Update
validate.ymlwithvalidate-with-examples.ymland add permissions to release role to assume MPL specific role to run mpl examples.
