🚀 Projects:

• University Course Calendar Automation
  This was a weekend project to try my hands on LLaMA as part of a problem-solving approach. I tested the response time between running the LLM locally and using services like Groq Cloud. The system automatically extracts and adds academic events from course outlines to Outlook calendars.

• Price Comparator App
  Developed a Python web scraper for 5,000+ URLs, reducing scraping time by 60%. Integrated MySQL for data storage and Java for real-time price comparison. Added user authentication and a recommendation engine using OCR with Pytesseract.

• Parking Zone Monitoring System
  Built a license plate recognition system using YOLOv8, achieving 90% accuracy on parking violations detection. Integrated the system with a vehicle database for real-time monitoring and violation alerts.

• Study Permit Analysis
  Created an interactive Power BI dashboard to analyze 10 years of Canadian study permits and PR data. Visualized trends using Python, Pandas, DAX, and Google Maps API.
