Remove outdated autoreloader section from extending docs by Br1an67 · Pull Request #10154 · celery/celery
The autoreloader component (celery.worker.autoreloader) was removed from the codebase, but the documentation section still referenced it. This removes the misleading autoreloader attribute section from the worker extensions guide. Fixes celery#7320
