Introduces the OPERATOR_DEPLOY_MODE environment variable (and -o flag)
to setup-cluster.sh. When set to 'main' or a version like '1.28.1', the
operator is deployed directly from the published GitHub manifests instead
of being built from the local worktree (SOURCE, the default).
