New resources for fraud validations:

• FraudValidation: Create a new validation based on a ChargeRequest, the result can be obtained later by retrieving the ID
• UserPldRiskLevel: Retrieves level for certain user, it also allows to create a new level for a user
• TransactionTokenValidation: For uncertain transactions, this token can be either accepted or rejected, so the next transaction attempt could be accepted
