Engineered "OXAIPN-GC", an innovative web application for colorectal cancer (CRC) patients and medical professionals, providing a comprehensive genetic information repository to enhance treatment personalization and mitigate oxaliplatin-induced neurotoxicity. Utilized R for bioinformatics pipeline development and machine learning integration, ensuring accurate data analysis and decision support.

Designed and implemented key features such as a user-friendly interface with responsive design, advanced search functionality integrating ElasticSearch, and dynamic educational content tailored for various literacy levels. Incorporated Large Language Models for personalized report summarization and real-time clinical decision support, enhancing usability for patients, doctors, and researchers.
