#APMAlert for Starcraft: Brood War v1.16.1

This is some code I wrote a very long time ago, but Github is a better place for it than some random zip file elsewhere on the web. Might be useful if you'd like to write a BW mod, but you may want to check out ObsGraph which is generally better code that can do many of the same things.
