What do you mean with that link? Should I agree to some terms for this PR to be accepted?
I couldn't find that "Microsoft Services Agreement" in https://github.com/executablebooks/.github/blob/master/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md nor https://myst-parser.readthedocs.io/en/latest/develop/index.html - maybe you could enlighten me?
