Pull request overview
Updates the embedded Linux Mint ASCII logo used by the logo system (embedded at build time via CMake) to improve readability/roundness, per #2185.
Changes:
- Replaces the existing Linux Mint ASCII art with a redesigned, rounder variant.
- Adjusts character choices and shading to improve clarity of the LM mark.
I'd like to keep the old version as a variant.
Agreed. In some mono fonts / bigger font sizes, the current logo looks better then in other setups. Even though there are some actual flaws (like some unnecessary characters in outer circle).
I've created linuxmint_alternative.txt to store the original design. I wasn't sure what to call it so let me know if it should be something else.
