February 27, 2021 10:47macOS 10.13 stopped receiving security updates as of November 12, 2020 and should no longer be considered supported.
This seemingly causes the VM to hang on newer versions of Vagrant/VirtualBox
This is needed by rootless Docker
to save disk space on hosts
