BTW: Do you have POEditor for HackMD.io? Or should I propose translation as a pull request to https://github.com/hackmdio/hackmd-locales?

Yes, currently hackmd.io translation is on the https://github.com/hackmdio/hackmd-locales (it doesn't have POEditor for now)
and you can open pull request for that!
