Automatic Orders

This is a simple Starsector mod that automates some routine orders in battle--presently retreating at low PPT or on hull damage, with plans for more.

Pull requests are welcome; please use IntelliJ's autoformatter on any Kotlin files (and otherwise follow existing style). All contributions will be licensed under the MIT license (see the LICENSE file).
