I'm Jaydeep — a Solution Architect and Agentic AI Engineer with over two decades of experience designing intelligent systems that solve real business problems.

My approach is built on five pillars: Inquire. Analyze. Visualize. Formalize. Communicate. — a methodology I've refined across 20+ years of architecting enterprise solutions, leading business development initiatives, and conducting technical feasibility studies across diverse industries.

In 2011, I co-founded byPeopleTechnology, driven by a vision to build a practice where deep technical expertise meets strategic consulting. That vision continues to evolve — today, my focus has expanded into Agentic AI: designing autonomous multi-agent systems, orchestrating LLM-powered workflows, and building AI agents that reason, plan, and execute with minimal human intervention.

What I Do

• Architect Agentic AI Systems — I design multi-agent architectures using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, and LangGraph, building autonomous pipelines that combine tool-use, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and chain-of-thought reasoning to deliver intelligent decision-making at scale.

• Bridge Business and Technology — I translate complex client requirements into scalable, production-grade technical solutions. Whether it's decomposing a monolith into event-driven microservices or designing an AI-native platform from scratch, I operate at the intersection of strategy and engineering.

• Lead with Hands-On Expertise — I'm not just a whiteboard architect. I write code, build prototypes, and ship systems across the full stack — from cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes) and backend services (Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python) to frontend applications (React, Flutter) and real-time data pipelines (Kafka, gRPC, WebSocket).

• Consult and Mentor — I provide architectural advisory and technical consultancy to clients while mentoring engineering teams to elevate their design thinking and delivery standards.

Current Focus

I'm deeply invested in the agentic AI ecosystem — exploring multi-agent orchestration patterns, MCP (Model Context Protocol) server implementations, autonomous code generation agents, and AI-powered decision engines. My goal is to architect systems where AI agents don't just assist — they autonomously reason, collaborate, and deliver outcomes.

I believe the next generation of enterprise architecture is AI-native by design, and I'm building at that frontier.
