šØāš» About Me
I'm a Data Scientist with nearly two years of professional experience and a graduate of Turing Collegeās data science program.
Before moving into tech, I spent over a decade on the frontline of port logistics ā from dockworker, to straddle carrier driver, to operating the worldās largest quay cranes.
Today, I combine deep operational knowledge with machine learning, analytics, and automation to solve real-world problems in heavy industry.
I'm also the coāauthor of the df-squeezer package, a Python tool for optimizing dataframe memory usage.
My interests span computer vision, robotics, automation, and applied AI in safetyācritical or industrial environments.

š¢ What I Do Today
As a Data Scientist at MPET Antwerp, I work on analytics, machine learning, and operational optimization in one of Europeās largest container terminals.
My decade of handsāon experienceāfrom dockworker to crane operatorāgives me a deep understanding of terminal workflows, allowing me to bridge the gap between onātheāground operations and dataādriven solutions.
