🧠 ethos

• software is a tool to enable business/product outcomes
• the product is the only thing that matters
• code is not something to be too precious about, refactor and delete early and often
• ...but that doesn't mean you don't have to care about structure
• if something is hard, make it easy, then do the hard thing easily
• users don't care about your code
• never fight the framework
• constraints are important and keep us focused on outcomes
• complexity is the root of all evil, avoid at all costs
• premature abstraction is also the root of all evil, avoid at all costs
• a rising tide lifts all boats - always be mentoring, always be helping
• one team one dream
