AI model for classifying Cell lines using from DIH micrograph

This work is a partial part of the paper(only the Denoising and classification) https://www.mdpi.com/2079-6374/12/3/144

However, the auto segmentation function demonstrated here is not the part of the paper.

Instructions:

[1] Load the Cell_Line_classification.ipynb in Google colab

[2] Download the data.zip file and upload in the google colab (using file explorer tab in google colab)

[3] Run the program
