This PR does:
- Add
workflow_dispatchevent to the GitHub Action workflows so that we can manually kick the CI with a specific branch - Increase the test data size used in
org.msgpack.jackson.dataformat.benchmark.MessagePackDataformatHugeDataBenchmarkTest
