This commit reverts nodejs#30829
and uses uv_guess_handle() instead of isatty(). The IBMi
changes are no longer required, as of libuv 1.34.1.

and uses uv_guess_handle() instead of isatty(). The IBMi
changes are no longer required, as of libuv 1.34.1.
