cluster: fix error on worker disconnect/destroy by santigimeno · Pull Request #32793 · nodejs/node

Avoid sending multiple `exitedAfterDisconnect` messages when
concurrently calling `disconnect()` and/or `destroy()` from the worker
so `ERR_IPC_DISCONNECTED` errors are not generated.
