WIP on modernizing annotations for custom PG types by roji · Pull Request #2541 · npgsql/efcore.pg

Work is mostly done for PostgresExtension (it's nice!), but I want to
use value tuples, which require EF-side support (#29383).

Then the other PG-specific things need to be supported as well
(collations, enums...)
