Keeps us in line with https://github.com/oapi-codegen/oapi-codegen/blob/00a90b7a03f4cdc8bc8daf16eea6868b48c7d278/go.mod#L3 so ✔️
We can rely on Renovate PRs to bump the other dependencies, BTW - means i.e. you can get them bumped without needing a second review, and keeps changelogs more updated
