I reopened this to kick off CI. My apologies that it slipped through the cracks. I think I saw it as failing CI and didn't look closely, however the CI failure was due to GitHub's deprecation of the older runners.

@zwass - anything else that needs to be done on this to get it merged?

@pboushy thanks for following up! I had set it for auto-merge but forgot to hit the approve button. Now it's merged.
