issue triage report
Rescanned all open issues (157→118 after closing 39). Added collapsible <details> headers so sections can be collapsed/expanded. Critical, Security, Close, Discussion, and Medium sections default open; Low and All Issues default collapsed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
