feat(sdk): use SetOrganizationMemberRole RPC for member role changes by whoAbhishekSah · Pull Request #1477 · raystack/frontier

Replace the multi-step listPolicies→deletePolicy→createPolicy flow
with the new atomic SetOrganizationMemberRole RPC.

- Update @raystack/proton to 0.1.0-dcca573
- Simplify updateRole function to single RPC call
- Remove unused policy queries and mutations
