SimpleSAMLphp 'early' ECP profile support

This archived repository was originally a fork from simplesamlphp/simplesamlphp, and contains several modified files adding ECP profile support.

Proper ECP support was added to SimpleSAMLphp, supporting basic authentication. We encourage to use current software versions and follow the official documentation of the project regarding ECP support in SimpleSAMLphp.
