Account for incorrect `where T::Assoc = Ty` bound by estebank · Pull Request #91208 · rust-lang/rust

Provide suggestoin to constrain trait bound for associated type.
Revert incorrect changes to `missing-bounds` test.

Address part of rust-lang#20041.
