This adds XDG support for user configuration and best score files closing bug #9.
Additional development with this pull:
- Fixed bug Spelling mistakes #7 and bug Free Software Foundation address is outdated in gpl.c #6
- Many minor bugs fixed
- Best score files simplified to a basic csv file format
- Best scores now displayed in the game
- If the Cheater theme is selected, a game win will not get recorded to the best score files
