This PR bumps go.opentelemetry.io/otel from v1.36.0 to v1.37.0 and introduces a breaking change regarding HTTP metric names, unless the environment variable OTEL_SEMCONV_STABILITY_OPT_IN is set.
For example
http.method → http.request.method
