It might be that some mirrors are not up to date. I used to have

deb ftp://xenia.sote.hu/pub/mirrors/java.blackdown.org/debian woody
non-free

and they only had 1.3.0 until very recently. I sent an email, and it
seems they updated two days ago. I wonder why it was not updated
automatically.
