OSGi, for Open Services Gateway initiative framework, is a module system
and service platform for the Java programming language.

This package contains the OSGi annotation module.

On top of OSGi Core it provides additional services to help dynamic
components.

This package is a new dependency for felix-framework 4.6.0. I intend to
maintain it under the umbrella of the Java team.
