RFS: jgit and eclipse-egit 3.7.0-1

Dear java packagers,

I am looking for a sponsor for packages "jgit" and "eclipse-egit".

 * Package name    : jgit
   Version         : 3.7.0-1
   Upstream Author : Eclipse JGit project

It builds those binary packages:

 libjgit-java - Java implementation of GIT version control
 libjgit-ant-java - Java implementation of GIT version control (Ant interface)
 libjgit-java-doc - Java implementation of GIT version control (documentation)
 jgit-cli - Java implementation of GIT version control (command line interface)

Package source code can be accessed at pkg-java git repository:

Changelog:

  * New upstream release (Closes: #774050).
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.6 (no changes).
  * Remove Niels Thykier from Uploaders; thanks for your contributions.

  * Add libslf4j-java to Build-Depends.
