Updates to cpptasks (ant-contrib-cpptasks)

A while ago, I packaged cpptasks [2] (ant-contrib-cpptasks), and
recently I have been trying to get more active regarding Debian stuff,
with some regularity.

I have made some updates to the package, the major things being fixing
all the lintian issues, and updating the format of the copyright file.

I do have access to git.debian.org (as cbaines-guest), but I cannot
directly push to the repository. Therefore, I have pushed the commits
here [1].

As a note, I no longer use this, so I am not particularly interested in
it. Not sure if this changes anything though.
