The Aquarius Base was Aquarius' secret underwater facility miles beneath the surface of the Pacific Ocean.
After Spider-Man and Prowler tracked stolen Webware to the base, Pisces set the base to self-destruct to cover their escape and sure the Zodiac's plans did not fall into enemy hands.[1]
