Archibald II was a planet, class M world located somewhere in the Triangle, in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the second planet in orbit of the Archibald star system. It was part of the Affiliation of Outer Free Worlds.

The industrial colony was settled by Humans and Tellarites, this was the second attempt at colonizing the planet. The first attempt was considered a failure, thought some of the first colonist remained on the planet, they generally consider themselves tougher then the second wave of colonists.
The people of Archibald II would often be referred to by other species as Baldies, Tellarites specially disliked that name.
It had a desert climate and thick atmosphere. By the 2280s, the planet was catalogued with a technological/sociopolitical index of 999784-87 and a planetary trade profile of EBCFDBF/A (C). (FASA RPG module: The Triangle)

Economy[]
Its economy was based on the manufacturing powered by solar accumulators built in the surface’s deserts. The thick atmosphere forced the inhabitants to live underground. The air from the surface would be cooled and conditioned for comfort. (FASA RPG module: The Triangle)
