On stardate 57931.4 in the year 2380, the Baffin was one of several shuttles - alongside the Polar, Ptarmigan and Melville - undergoing maintenance in the lower decks while the Resolute was docked at Starbase 128 and preparing for relaunch. (ST video game: Resurgence chapter: "The Lower Decks")
Commander Ben Westbrook and Petty Officer Carter Diaz used the Baffin to deploy class-1 sensor probes to gather subspace readings around the USS Resolute in order to explain why the starship was unable to engage warp drive. (ST video game: Resurgence chapter: "The Scientific Method")
