Biography[]

In the 2260s decade, DiLucca held the title of Galactic High Commissioner. DiLucca was a skilled diplomat and ambassador able to sway the political opinion of cultures living within the Organian Treaty Zone. (TOS board game: The Adventure Game)

In gameplay, players could assign DiLucca, Mitchell Ferris, and Robert Fox to help improve the Federation's reputation score on a planet.
