The Galos Sigma civilization was destroyed when a dwarf planet collided with their world. Antonio Delgado suggested to the Chronal Assessment Committee that visiting Galos Sigma through the Guardian of Forever on a temporal research mission would be unlikely to contaminate the timeline.
