Gamarra was a Starfleet captain and the commanding officer of the Federation starship USS Exeter in the 24th century.
Biography[]
In 2371, Captain Gamarra hailed the USS Defiant and spoke to Benjamin Sisko after the Exeter and three other vessels attacked Cardassian warships. (DS9 novel: Station Rage)
