The Iconian Whole, or simply the Whole, was the council of the last twelve surviving Iconians during the Iconian War of 2410. The leaders among them were L'Miren, M'Tara and T'Ket. History and specifics[]
The Whole was formed from the survivors of the Fall of Iconia 200.000 years before the 25th century. During the Iconian war of conquest in the Milky Way Galaxy, the Khitomer Alliance and Iconian Resistance allies, led by Captain Nog of the USS Chimera, witnessed a congregation of the Whole on Kyana Moon in the Kyana star system in 2410. The leaders of the Whole - L'Miren, T'Ket and M'Tara - discussed that they had been left in disarray after losing Iconia and the World Heart but survived thanks to the Other. The surviving Iconians escaped to Dewa III and were worshipped by the Dewans as gods. (STO website: The Iconian War: Heralds of the Iconians)
M'Tara was called a "first among equals" by the Preserver awakened from the Preserver Archive on Lae'nas III. (STO - Iconian War mission: "Blood of Ancients")
She was killed by the House Pegh strike force during the war. (STO - Iconian War mission: "Broken Circle")
Following the peaceful resolution of the war when the Other returned the World Heart to L'Miren, T'Ket turned rogue and left the Iconians. (STO - Iconian War mission: "Midnight")
T'Ket let a fleet of Heralds and remained hostile to the Khitomer Alliance. (STO - Gamma Quadrant mission: "Quark's Lucky Seven")
In 2411, an Excalbian simulacrum of T'Ket was assimilated by Control Borg simulacra when a social experiment on Excalbia spiraled out of control. The Borg simulacra were defeated by a Khitomer Alliance fleet during the Battle of Excalbia. (STO - Legacy mission: "The Measure of Morality (Part 2)")
Alternate timelines[]
In various alternate timelines simulated by Krenim Coalition and Khitomer Alliance scientists, the rise of the Iconian Whole was prevented through time travel in an attempt to defeat the Iconian Empire. (STO - Iconian War mission: "Butterfly")
In a parallel universe where the Borg attacked Iadna 200.000 years before the 25th century, the Iconians underwent fusion with the Borg and formed the Aetherian Concordium instead. (STO - Kings & Queens short story: "T'Fei or Not T'Fei")
