In the 20th century, Khan Noonien Singh broke fellow Augment Joaquin out of a prison in Israel. (ST - The Eugenics Wars novel: The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh, Volume 2)

In the 21st century, the Earth L5 Vanguard colony's Avram Baruch was from Israel. (TLE novel: The Sundered)

The generational conflict between Israel and Palestine was eventually resolved peacefully. In July 2155, future Federation President Haroun al-Rashid recalled this as an achievement of the past century showing that humanity would be able to interact in peace with the disparate species of the galaxy. In September 1992, Augments absorbed Israel and all of the Middle East into the Central Asian Union. By 1996, Israel was part of the Khanate before the Augment dictatorships were overthrown. (TOS - Khan comics: "Issue 2", "Issue 3")

Khan Noonien Singh, in 2259, claimed that during the Eugenics Wars, Israel abandoned hostilities with its historical rival of Palestine in an ultimately futile attempt to stem the Augments' conquest. (TOS - Khan comic: "Issue 2")
